Min Fei

Min Fei, associate professor, is the Secretary of Party Committee in the College of Computer Science and Technology at Shanghai University of Electric Power (abbr. SHIEP) . She was born in Jiangsu province and received her M.S. degree in Engineering from North China Electric Power University. She began her career as a teacher in July 1993 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1999. From 2004-2008, she served as the Duty Secretary of Party Committee in the College of Management and Liberal Arts. From 2008-2014, she moved to the College of Economics and Management as the Duty Secretary of Party Committee. From 2014-2015, she worked as the Secretary of Party Committee in the Department of Social Sciences. Since 2015, she has started to work in the College of Computer Science.

She has over 20 years of valuable working experience in universities and published excellent articles in the related core journals. She won a lot of honorary titles, such as “Excellent Instructors of Social Practice in Shanghai”, “Advanced Individual for Recruitment in Shanghai”, “March 8 Red flaggers of SHIEP”, “Excellent Leaders Who Truly Care for Female Teachers in SHIEP”, “Outstanding Party Workers in SHIEP” and so on. The teams she led also won the honorary titles of Shanghai Advanced Group, New Long March Commando of Yangpu District, etc. She has hosted a number of party construction projects and won all kinds of rewards for them in the university.


Wen Mi

WEN Mi, is the dean and professor of the school of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China and a visiting scholar in the University of Waterloo, Canada, as well as the winner of the ’’Dawn’’ Program of Shanghai and the Talent Development Fund of Shanghai.

She holds a PhD degree of Computer Architecture from the School of Electronics and Information, Shanghai Jiaotong University. Her main interests are security technology in Smart Grid and Wireless Sensor Network, security of big data in electric power, management and optimization of power system and so on.

She is the president of CCF YOCSEF in shanghai, the associate editor of SCI journal PPNA, TPC member of international conferences, such as IEEE INFOCOM, ICC. She has been presiding over more than 10 national and provincial projects, including Natural Science Foundation of China, Scientific Research Foundation for the Returned Overseas Chinese Scholars, State Education Ministry. She won two Shanghai science and technology progress award.

She has published more than 50 papers in international academic journals and conferences, including IEEE TETC, TIIS, IEEE INFOCOM, ICC, among which more than 30 were retrieved by SCI and EI. She has compiled two academic books in English and applied for a number of national invention patents. 


Bi Zhongqin

Bi Zhongqin was born in January, 1977, in Anqing, Anhui, China. He is assistant dean and associate professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, as well as a Master’s Supervisor. He won the second award of all the young teachers in lecture contest of Shanghai University of Electric Power in 2010 and was awarded the honorary title of excellent young teacher and outstanding member of Communist Party of Shanghai University of Electric Power in 2012.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer and application in 2000 and master’s degree in applied mathematics in 2005 from Guilin University of Electronic Technology. He received his doctor degree from East China Normal University in Systems Analysis and Integration in July, 2009. His main research interests are uncertain data management, cloud computing, symbolic computation, and data quality control technology, and so forth.

In recent years, he co-hosted one project of Natural Science Foundation of China with the research team of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and participated in three projects of Natural Science Foundation of China as the main technical backbone. He presided over one project of  Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai. He has published more than 30 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and international academic conference, among which more than 20 were collected by three major international search organizations.


ZHOU Lin

ZHOU Lin, is associate professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, He holds a Master degree from East China Normal University in Computer Science, his main interests are computer network and network security. and he is key teacher of “Computer network” and “network security” course. 

He has published nearly 20 articles and 4 books, and has been presiding over and participating in over 5 scientific research programs, including 1 project of the National Social Science Fund of China. He is one of key technical experts of Electric Power information Security Laboratory (a joint a joint construction lab by Central and Shanghai), His monograph “Computer network and application (edition II)” is widely used in computer major course teaching. 


Zhou Ping

Graduate students are enrolled in computer application technology majors, and participate in system project design analysis and coding work at the same time as teaching. Currently, he is mainly engaged in Java, Java EE enterprise programming teaching. He has won the first prize and the second prize of the youth teaching competitions at all levels of the school and the hospital. In 2009, he was awarded a good teacher in the minds of Shanghai Electric Power College.


ZHANG Ting

Ting Zhang, born in 1979, associate professor in Shanghai University of Electrical Power. Research keywords and areas: multiple-point statistics, digital cores, image processing and parallel computation.

The main research interests of mine reside in the development of stochastic simulation methods that characterize the spatial variability inherent to geological data. I develop numerical techniques using high-order statistics to reproduce the unknown information, analyze complex datasets such as geological data to predict the trends of geological changes and use the training images of digital cores to reproduce them at different scales from nanometer scales to micrometer scales. The work is related to the frontiers between earth modeling and computer sciences. One main contribution of mine is the algorithms to perform reconstructions and stochastic simulations by extracting intrinsic features from training images, known as MPS. The other main contribution is the reconstruction of digital cores using MPS. When reconstructing unknown information, GPU/CUDA and different kinds of data integrating in the whole simulation are also studied.


Xiuxia Tian

Xiuxia Tian, is a professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China and a visiting scholar in the UC Berkeley,US from 2013 to 2015. She received the MS degree in applied cryptography-based information security from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2005, and the PhD degree in database security and privacy preserving in cloud computing from Fudan University in 2011. 

Her main interests are database security, privacy preserving (large data and cloud computing), applied cryptography, and secure machine learning. She has published more than 50 international and domestic important papers such as TKDE, SCN, IJNS, ICDE, DASFAA, ICWS, Chinese Journal of Software and Chinese Journal of Software, and over 4 books such as Cryptography Based Access Control, C++ Programming, and has been presiding over and participating in over 10 scientific research programs, including presiding 2 project of National Natural Science Foundation of China and one Natural science foundation of Shanghai City.

She has also published more than 10 papers in teaching and has presided two related projects one is Shanghai excellent course C++, the other is C++ Key course in Shanghai. She has instructed more than ten National and Shanghai Science Creation of University Students and has gotten more than two corresponding rewards.


WANG Yong

WANG Yong, is a professor in the Department of Information Security, College of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. I received my PH.D. degree from School of Computer Science and Software Engineering, East China Normal University. I worked with Professor Gu Dawu in LOCCS (Lab of Cryptology and Computer Security) Lab at Shanghai Jiaotong University as a Post doctoral. I was a visiting scholar in SUCCESS (Secure Communication and Computer Systems) Lab with Guofei Gu at Texas A&M University, U.S. I am building a Smart Grid Security Test Bed with Distributed Energy system, Transformer, DTU, FTU, RTU, Smart Meters, Power System Security System, SCADA, EMS, DMS. I am interested in the Smart Grid security with techniques such as False Data Injection Attack, State Estimation, Intrusion Detection, Malware Analysis, Vulnerability Exploitation, Power System Specification Security Analysis( IEC61850, IEC101, IEC104, IEC102, IEC103, 645), Protocols Analysis of Industrial of Control Systems ( Profinet, Profibus, S7, OPC, Modbus, DNP3.0, Can) and so on. 

I am working with State Grid, Huadian Electric Power Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology of Zhejiang University. National Joint Engineering Lab for ICS Security.


Lei Jingsheng

Lei Jingsheng, was born in July, 1966, in Hancheng, shanxi, China. He is the professor and Master’s Supervisor of the School of Computer Science and Technology , Shanghai University of Electric Power, holding concurrent posts on Standing Committee Member of China AI Association Machine Learning Professional Committee, a member of Database professional committee of China Computer Federation ,and member of AI and theory committee of Shanghai Computer Federation.

His main research interests are Smart Grid, Power Big Data, Wireless Sensor Network, Machine Learning, Data Mining and so forth. He has presided over a number of research projects of national and provincial scientific research, and won the second prize once and the third prize twice of provincial scientific and technological progress award. 

Over the years, he has published more than 90 papers in international renowned academic journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computing, among which more than 15 were retrieved by SCI. And he participated in three projects of Natural Science Foundation of China as the main technical backbone.


DU Haizhou

Du Haizhou, is associate professor and master student supervisor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. And as a visiting scholar in UK and USA respectively. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Computer Science and Technology. His main interests are Big data analysis, Data Mining, Cloud computing,and smart Grid. 

He is a member of IEEE, CCF. And he is a TPC member of ICC, and GlobeCOMM Conference.  He has published more than 30 articles, and has been presiding over and participating in over 10 scientific research programs and over 20 engineering projects, including 3 project of the National Social Science Fund of China, State Grid and Huaneng Power Group. He won the lots of prize and reward in the teaching and research, including 2 Municipal rewards of natural science and technological invents of Shanghai Government, University Award for Bringing up Talents, the young teachers in the three lecture games.


Wei Weimin

Weimin Wei, is an associate professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. He received the M.Eng. degree from Wuhan University, China, in 2004, and the Ph.D. degree from Shanghai University, China, in 2010. His research interests include image processing, digital forensics and data mining.

He is a member of ACM & CCF. He has published more than 30 papers in international academic journals and conferences, including IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, JUCT, JCIS, among which more than 20 were retrieved by SCI and EI. He has been presiding over and participating in over 10 scientific research programs, including project of the National Science Fund of China, project of the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai, project of Shanghai Science and Technology Committee, etc.


LI Hongjiao

LI Hongjiao, is an associate professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China and a visiting scholar in Hua Zhong University of Science and Technology, China .

She holds a PhD degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Information Security. Her main interests are Trusted Computing, Cloud Computing and Big Data Security &Privacy, Network Security Situation Awareness and Smart Grid Security. She is a member of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery) & CCF (China Computer Federation). She has published more than 40 articles and three books, and has been presiding over and participating in over 10 scientific research programs, including project of the National Science Fund of China, project of Shanghai Science and Technology Committee, the opening project of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Integrated Administration Technologies for Information Security and some projects on Electric Power Information, etc. 


LI Jinguo

Li Jinguo, is an assistant professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. He holds a PhD degree from Hunan University in Computer Application Technology. His main interests are Network Security, Applied Cryptography, Cloud Computation, and Smart Grid. 

He is a member of IEEE, ACM, CCF, CACR, and Shanghai branch in CCF YOCSEF, a TPC member for ICC 2016, a reviewer for IEEE transaction on Communications,IEEE Internet of Things Journal, INFOCOM 2016, ICC 2016, Security and Communication Networks, Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, Chinese Journal of Computers, etc. He has published more than 10 articles, and has been presiding over 4 scientific research programs, including 1 project of the National Natural Science Fund of China, and participating in over 10 scientific research programs. 


LI Jing

LI Jing is associate professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology,Shanghai University of Electric Power, China and a visiting scholar in the City University of Hong Kong, HK, and FUDAN University, China. She holds a PhD degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in computer software and theory.

Her main interests are computer network communication algorithms, smart grids, and wireless sensor networks, electric vehicle charging scheduling. She is a fellow of China Computer Federation (CCF). In recent years, she has presided over one project of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission's science and technology innovation project, and one outstanding young university teacher in Shanghai. She participated in two of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and three projects of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission. She has published more than 10 papers in international and domestic magazines and conferences, many of which have been included in the international three major search systems SCI, EI and ISTP. Each year, 6 to 8 undergraduate graduates are instructed, and 3 graduate students have been taken.


LI Fengyong

LI Fengyong, is the lecturer of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China and a Visiting Scholar in University of Victoria, B.C. Canada.

He received the M.Sc. degree from the School of Information and Engineering, Zhengzhou University, in 2010, and the PhD degree from School of Communication and Information Engineering, Shanghai University, in 2014. His research interests include multimedia security, information hiding, and image processing. 

He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers in his research areas, where 20 journal papers are indexed by SCI/EI, and a book on Digital Image Processing and Applications (in Chinese). He holds 2 China patents and has managed 4 projects, including 1 project of National Science Foundation of China, 1 project of Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai, and participated in over 6 scientific research programs. In addition to paper publication, he is also the reviewer of multiple academic journals, including IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology, IEEE Signal Processing Letters, Multimedia Tools and Applications et al.


Liu Hui

Liu Hui, a teacher of the school of computer science and technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power. She graduated from Zhengzhou University in 2002. Her major is computer application. And her interest is network security technology and virus prevention. 





WANG Liangliang

WANG Liangliang is lecturer and Labour Union chairman of the college of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power.

He received his Ph.D. degree in Department of Computer Science and Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2016. His main research interests include information security, public key cryptography, theory of network security, cloud computing, smart grid and big data, etc.

He has published more than 10 articles, and has been presiding over 3 scientific research programs, including 1 project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.


LU Fangfang

LU Fangfang, is the lecturer of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power. She received her Ph.D. degree in Department of Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2013.

Her main research interests include machine learning, data mining, image quality assessment and augmented reality, etc. She has published more than 10 articles in leading national and international journals and conferences, six of them were retrieved by SCI/EI. She holds 1 China patents. Her major courses include machine learning, data mining, data structure and python language programming. 


LI Fang

LI Fang, is lecturer of the College of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. She holds a PhD degree from Fudan University in Medical Informatics. Her main interests are medical image segmentation, image registration, point sets registration, machine learning, computer vision, and augmented reality.

She is a candidate for the Young Teacher Funding Program of Shanghai Universities. She has guided graduation design and thesis writing of over 20 undergraduate students major in computer science and technology, and electric power enterprise information technology. She has published more than 10 articles, including 2 important international conference articles, and 2 books in the field of computer science, and has been presiding over and participating in 7 scientific research programs, including National Key Basic Research Development Program (973 Program), major project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), key project of Science and Technology Commission Shanghai Municipality, and research and development projects of technology enterprise, being responsible for the design, development and testing of systems, and has applied for several invention patents. One of her patents Tablet-based surgical navigation and augmented reality system was granted in October, 2015, and another Volume data visualization used for surgical navigation based on tablet PC was granted in February, 2017.


YIN Zhi

YIN Zhi is associate professor of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power. She holds a PhD degree from University of Shanghai  for Science and Technology in Management Science and Engineering.

Her main interests are optimization and application of intelligent algorithm and artificial intelligence. She has published more than 20 academic papers in leading national and international journals and conferences, six of them were retrieved by EI. She  teaches the professional courses of LINUX Operating System, Compilation Principle and Data Structure. 


Xu Feifei

Xu Feifei, is an associate professor of the School of computer science and technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. She holds a PhD degree from Tongji University in Pattern Recognition and Intelligence System in Electronic and Information Engineering. She was appointed as a special researcher in the Smart Grid Research Center in Shanghai University of Electric Power in 2013 and was selected into the Peiying Plan of Shanghai University of Electric Power. She has been engaged in the research of granular computing theory, rough set theory, data mining, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Her major courses include machine learning, data mining, C language programming  and computer application foundation. 

As a project leader, she obtained the Youth Science Fund Project of National Natural Science Fund and the “Chenguang Plan” from Shanghai education development foundation and Shanghai Education Committee. She also presided over one Shanghai Municipal Education Committee scientific research and innovation project and one training program for young teachers in Colleges or universities. Moreover, she got the funding for talent introduction of Shanghai University of Electric Power. As a project participant, six National Natural Science Foundation projects were completed. More than 50 papers have been published in important academic journals or international conferences at home and abroad, of which 33 have been collected by SCI and EI and cited many times by books and papers published.


Wang Shujun

Wang Shujun, is a teacher of the School of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China.  She holds a master degree in computer science and engineering, her main interest includes computer network and algorithm and artificial intelligence . 


ZHANG Kai

Zhang Kai, is currently an Assistant Professor with Department of Information Security, College of Computer Science and Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. He received the B.Sc. degree (2012) in Computer Science from Shandong Normal University (China) and the Ph.D. degree (2017) in Computer Science from East China Normal University (China) under the supervision of Prof. QIAN Haifeng and Prof. CHEN Jie, also visited Prof. WANG Huaxiong at Nanyang Technological University in 2017. His research interests are applied cryptography and information security. His works published in international conferences, such as ACM AsiaCCS, ACISP and journals including Theoretical Computer Science, Security and Communication Networks, Wireless Communication and Mobile Computing and so on.
